In March 2026 Sandra Bischler-Hartmann completed her study of the archives at the Zurich University of the Arts, which she had consulted during several visits in the preceding months. Her particular interest lay in the earliest student works created using computers in the late 1980s and 1990s, as well as in teaching manuals, curricula, and other printed materials that provide insight into when, how, and with what impact computers were first introduced into graphic design education.
